Please help us serve you better by including your name, the date of your order and the style/size you ordered in your phone messages or emails to us. RETURNS
SkinnyJeans® can be returned anytime for a full refund or exchanged for a different size or style. PLEASE include your packing slip and write on the packing slip exactly what you want us to do. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been worn.
Returns should be sent to HotFit at the address listed on the packing slip. No return authorization is needed and we are happy to exchange or refund your hello! skinnyjeans for any reason (or no reason) at any time. There is no deadline.

When you shop at SkinnyJeans.com, any information you share with us to assist us in fulfilling your order is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is ever sold or shared with any company or agency.
SHIPPING
SkinnyJeans® charges a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping any order, regardless of number of items ordered, anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. If your size is in stock, your SkinnyJeans® will be shipped within 2 business days; if not in stock, it can take up to 4 weeks. SkinnyJeans® always ships whatever part of your order comes in first so you may get mulitple packages~ we pay any extra postage. Also, we ship U.S.P.S. Priority Mail in tyvek envelopes so delivery can be made to P.O. boxes. All packages shipped outside the U.S. are charged actual postage only: please email us to confirm postal charges. If you have a SkinnyJeans® emergency (believe me, we know what that's like!) email us and if we have them in stock we can arrange to FedEx 'em to you.
